Coming off of his Rookie of the Year campaign last season, Derrick Rose started his sophomore year slowly.  Struggling through a painful Achillies injury in the off-season, he seemed to lack that extra gear that he displayed in ‘09.

Fast forward to the 2010 calendar year, and Rose has apparently regained that bounce in his step and is once again putting up superstar numbers and has even earned his first All-Star selection.

If you need proof, take a look at this video where Rose needed medical attention because he jumped so high that he hit his head on the backboard.

Upon his entrance to the NBA, Addidas swooped in and secured Rose to an endorsement deal for his very own kicks.
