Kobe Game Winner Mix

The “Black Mamba” has struck again, this time against the Milwaukee Bucks.  In his 2nd buzzer beating, game winning shot this season, Kobe Bryant beat the Bucks Charlie Bell to the left elbow and drained a game winning, 15 foot jumper as time expired to beat the Bucks 107-106, in OT.  Everyone thought that Bryant’s offensive prowess would be diminished since he fractured a finger almost a week ago, but all that he has done is score 42 points in his next game after the injury and hit the game winner and tally 39 points against Milwaukee.  Kobe redeemed himself for missing a potential shot from the essentially the same spot at the end of regulation.  In the OT, Kobe took over scoring the game’s final 7 points, by either team.  the win was the Lakers’ 13th win in the last 14 games to tie the Boston Celtics for the best record in the NBA at 20-4.  The “Black Mamba” spoiled another good game by Michael Redd, who had 25 points in his attempted comeback after his season ending injury last season.  The Lakers Pau Gasol had a monster game down low with 26 points and a career high 22 rebounds.
